We run one class format — and we do it exceptionally well. Every session is programmed by coaches with decades of experience.
Group Fitness Class
Our signature strength and conditioning class. Every session is coach-programmed with a structured warm-up, strength or skill work, and a conditioning piece. Classes are capped at 24 to ensure every athlete gets coaching attention. Whether you're a competitive athlete or just getting started, every movement is scalable.

Open Gym
Access the full Rewired facility during Open Gym hours. Squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, rowers, bikes, and more. Program your own session or follow one of our optional templates. Perfect for athletes who want supplemental training outside of classes.
