TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Rewired Fitness Co. (operated by Crossfit Rewired LLC DBA Rewired Fitness Co.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Membership and Billing

Memberships are billed every 4 weeks. By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel your membership in accordance with our cancellation policy. WA State Sales Tax applies to all membership fees.

3. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury. By participating in classes, Open Gym sessions, or any activities at Rewired Fitness Co., you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Rewired Fitness Co., its owners, employees, and coaches from any claims arising from your participation.

4. Gym Rules and Conduct

All members must: follow coach instructions during classes; return equipment to its proper location; maintain respectful conduct toward staff and fellow members; wear appropriate training footwear; be at least 14 years of age; and comply with all posted facility rules.

5. Class Capacity and Booking

Classes are capped at 24 participants. While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot. Cancellation of booked spots should be done at least 2 hours before class time.

6. Promotional Offers

Promotional offers (such as introductory trials) are available to local residents and non-members only. Rewired Fitness Co. reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.

7. Cancellation Policy

Monthly memberships may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Year commitment memberships are subject to the terms agreed upon at sign-up. Please contact us directly to process cancellations.
